The File menu contains functions to load, save, and print files and data.
| New | Create a new file. |
| Open | Open an existing document. |
| Open Recent > | Quickly open files that have been used recently. |
| Save | Save the current document using the existing file name. |
| Save As... | Save the current document with a different file name. |
| Remote Save As... > | Save the current document to a 3rd party service such as LabArchives. |
| LabQuest Browser | Open the LabQuest Browser, which can be used to transfer files between LabQuest and Logger Pro. |

| Page Setup... | Open the page setup dialog box for the current printer. |

| Print Graph... | Print only the graph (or graphs) from your page. |
| Settings for File... | Change settings that pertain to the file that is currently open. |
| Data Sharing... | Enable the Data Sharing feature. |
