Identification of files is important when a number of documents are being printed. Choose Printing Options from the File menu to add a footer containing identifying information to the page as well as to set other preferences for printing.
The Print Options dialog includes places for entering a Name, a Comment, and checkboxes to include the Date, Page Title, Page Number, and Filename. Check Print Footer to include any of the selected information on the printed pages.
Check Always Show This Dialog Before Printing to have this dialog displayed each time you choose Print from the File menu.
Graph grid lines are grey by default, which may not show up well when printed. Check Print Grid Lines Black will make the printed grid lines more visible.
When Draw Visible Spectrum is checked, a wavelength "rainbow" is drawn in the background of the graph. It is checked by default when a Spectrophotometer is attached. You can print the spectrum by checking the Print Visible Spectrum option.
