You can add a new rectangle object to your page by choosing Rectangle from the Insert menu. This is especially useful for annotation and documentation where an area of a graph or data may be highlighted or framed.
Clicking and dragging a resize handle will resize the rectangle. Double-click the rectangle or choose Rectangle Options from the Options menu to change the appearance of the rectangle.
