You can add a new oval object to your page by choosing Oval from the Insert menu. This is especially useful for annotation and documentation where an area of a graph or data may be highlighted or framed.
Clicking and dragging a resize handle will resize the oval. Double-click the oval or choose Objects Options > Oval Options from the Options menu to change the appearance of the oval.
