Changing which Columns are Displayed on a Graph

To change which column(s) are plotted on the graph axes, perform the following steps:

  1. Position the mouse over the y-axis or x-axis label and click. A list of available columns will appear.
  2. Click the column you want displayed. If you want to see more options, select More.... In the dialog that appears, you can change the Scaling to Autoscale Larger, Autoscale, Autoscale from zero, or Manual. If you select Manual, enter the values for the Top and Bottom (y-axis) or Left and Right (x-axis).
  3. If the maximum and minimum values of the axes prevent the data from being shown on the graph, click the Autoscale button, , or choose Autoscale from the Analyze menu. You can also manually set the axis on the graph or by using the Axes Options tab. The Axes Options tab can be accessed by double-clicking the graph or selecting the graph and choosing Graph Options from the Options Menu.

Note: Another way to change what is graphed is by clicking on a column heading from a table or the Data Browser and dragging it to the appropriate axis of the graph. The data will be displayed.
