Using the Edit menu, you can customize the style of the text as it appears in Text and Text Annotation boxes. This functionality is similar to most common word processor programs. The following options are available in the Edit menu:
Make text bold, underlined, or italicized.
Assign a color to your text
Assign a font size to your text
Insert a special symbol, such a Greek character or super/subscript numbers, into your text or text annotation object. Windows users: You can also insert characters using the Character Map, found in Accessories > System Tools (the default Doulos SIL font must be enabled). Special characters might not display correctly on Windows 98, or ME. Mac users: You can also insert characters using the Character Palette, which is accessed by enabling the Input Menu in the International System Preference.
Note: Style changes can only be made to text in Text or Text Annotation boxes. You must first add a Text or Text Annotation box by choosing Text or Text Annotation from the Insert menu. Highlight the text to which you want to make style changes.
