Choose Copy from the Edit menu to copy the selected object, such as a graph or the data in the data table, to the clipboard. From there it can be pasted to another location within the same file or into another application, such as Microsoft® Excel®.

Note: You can only copy the data that are selected. To select all the data in a column, single-click the column heading. To copy all of the data in a data table, select the data table and choose Select All from the Edit menu. You can also select data by clicking and dragging over a region of the graph. If a region is selected in a graph, the corresponding range will be selected on the table. Choose Copy from the Edit menu to copy the data.
