Friday morning we start with a quiz on Global Warming and the atmosphere, which we're sure you'd like to know more about. Look no further:
Let's start with the discussion questions from the PBS Frontline documentary HEAT. Follow that with the questions we posted for you on the first and second hours.
You should also look over chapter 16 in your textbook and chapter 2 in the Barron's review.
Follow with your questions from the 2.14.11 assignment, including the notes on ozone we posted that day.
Aren't you glad you emailed all of these? Now you have great study materials...
What's up for next week?
We hope to be able to visit Pat and Howard Hall's aquaculture farm about a mile up the road. We'll also finish our WQI study with a lab quiz that will count as a lab score, to help balance out your work there. We'd like to do this quiz Tuesday after lunch. To prepare for this quiz, please review all weblog entries on water quality, in particular your lab. You might find it helpful to type command-F on the weblog, and search for the term WQI or water quality.
We'll also begin our work on regulations and pubic policy, chapters 12, 17, 18 and 19. We'll finish our work before spring break when we'll have the AP diagnostic exam Tuesday March 8 in class. Whatever we do not finish in chapters 12, 17, 18, 19 we'll complete after spring break in April, when we'll have four weeks for review before our AP exam Monday morning 8 AM May 2.
Email if you have any questions.
