Choose Sort Data Set from the Data menu to re-order your data based on any column. In the Sort Data dialog that is displayed, you can choose the column and whether the data are sorted in ascending or descending order.
All the columns in the data set are rearranged based on the column you choose to be sorted. For example, if you have a data set with two columns:
| X | Y |
| 3 | 33 |
| 1 | 11 |
| 2 | 22 |
And you sort the Data Set in ascending order based on X, you will then have:
| X | Y |
| 1 | 11 |
| 2 | 22 |
| 3 | 33 |
Note: If you have more than 20 data sets, select the data set you want to sort, then select OK to select ascending or descending.
