Set Up Analog Sensors with SensorDAQ

To manually set up SensorDAQ for a new sensor:

  1. Attach the sensor to a compatible channel.
  2. Choose Set Up Sensors > SensorDAQ from the Experiment menu.
  3. There are two ways to manually set up a sensor. You can click and drag a sensor icon from the sensors list to the appropriate channel. Or, you can select a sensor by clicking on the empty channel box. Select Choose Sensor, then select the sensor name from the list. Note: At this time, the use of digital sensors with SensorDAQ is not supported in Logger Pro. We hope to provide more extensive support for SensorDAQ in future versions.

A new column in the data table will be created, and the column will be plotted in the main graph window. Note: If you have already collected data, then set up a new sensor, a new column will be added to the column marked "Latest," but the old data points will remain.
