Select Next/Select Previous

Choosing Select Next/Select Previous from the Edit menu is useful for selecting one object at a time. It's a good way to select a table without removing a cell selection.

For example, when you select a range in a graph, notice that a number of cells within the table are selected in the table BUT if you try to select the table with the mouse, it wipes out the selection. These cells can be copied to the clipboard by selecting a range in a graph, then choosing Select Next until the table is selected. Finally, choose Copy from the Edit menu.
