The sensor's current slope and intercept values are displayed on the Equation tab of the Sensor Settings dialog. You can manually enter new calibration values for your sensor if you would like.
After entering the calibration values in the appropriate fields, as well as the current Unit and/or Symbol, click Apply to record the input value(s). The new calibration is added to the list of available calibrations and it is marked as Not Saved. This new calibration becomes the current calibration for the sensor.
If you want to store the calibration in the file you have open, and have the new values be loaded when you open the file in the future, click the Calibration Storage tab and change the Calibration Retrieval Preference to Experiment File. Then, save the file. When you open the file again, it will load the calibration you have just entered.
